A supervisor on the floor wants one quick answer: who is late today, who is on leave Friday, who works the morning shift tomorrow. Luna answers from Stavis data with the permissions of the person asking. It only reads and summarises, and it never changes data.

What you can do
Ask in plain language
Ask about attendance, leave, shift schedules, birthdays, approvals waiting for you, or your own leave balance and payslip.
Follows access rights
Every answer is fetched with the asking user's permissions. An employee only gets answers about themselves and general company information.
Report summaries
Luna writes a short summary for a day, week or month. The system computes every number, and Luna writes the text around them.
Sensitive data stays out
Salary, bank details, NIK, NPWP, BPJS numbers, medical data and selfies are never sent to the AI model. The system enforces this for every kind of question.

Open Luna
On the web, click Ask Luna at the bottom right. In the mobile app, open Luna from the menu.

Write it as you would say it, for example "Who hasn't clocked in today?" or "How much leave do I have left?".

Read the answer and act
Luna answers from system data. To submit or approve something, tap the link to the right screen.

What can I ask the Luna AI HR assistant?
Attendance, leave, shift schedules, birthdays and work anniversaries, employee details within your scope, pending approvals, and company facts such as holidays and announcements.
Can Luna change or delete HR data?
No. Luna only reads and summarises. To act, you open the normal screen in the app through the link Luna gives you.
Can employees see other people's data through Luna?
No. Luna uses the asking user's access rights, so an employee only gets answers about themselves and general company information.
Is Luna available on web and mobile?
Yes. Luna is in the Stavis web app and in the mobile app for iOS and Android, in Indonesian or English based on the language setting.
