Online job application form candidates finish on a phone
Most frontline candidates apply from a phone, often on mobile data. The Stavis Recruit application is one page: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, domicile, CV and your screening questions. No account, no password, about three minutes.

What you can do
One page
Only what you need to decide, with the required fields marked and checked before sending.

Country code and number in the format candidates use, so recruiters can reach them on WhatsApp.

Consent recorded
The candidate agrees to the privacy notice, and Stavis Recruit stores the scope and notice version with the application.

Frequently asked questions
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. They apply from the job page with one form.
How long does applying take?
About three minutes on a phone, depending on how many screening questions you add.
What if the same person applies twice?
Stavis Recruit keeps one candidate record and flags possible duplicates by email and phone, so the recruiter can see the earlier application.
Is the candidate's consent stored?
Yes. The consent scope and the version of the privacy notice the candidate saw are stored with each application.
