Recruitment job management with a seat for every hire
A job in Stavis Recruit is the work of filling one or more seats. Each seat has its own status, target date and reason, new headcount or replacement, so HR and the hiring manager see the same picture of what is still open. When the last seat is filled, the job closes itself and its ad comes down.

What you can do
Seats inside the job
Hire one cook or twenty room attendants from the same job. Every seat is open, on hold, filled or cancelled, with its own history.
Hiring team per job
Recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers are set per job. Members only see the jobs they are part of.
One list for every job
Filter by status, mode, unit and location, and see how many candidates sit in each stage without opening the job.
Closes itself
Filling the last seat closes the job and unpublishes its ad, so no one applies for a role that is already taken.
How it works
- 1
Create the job
Pick the position, unit and location, the number of seats and the target date. Start from a requisition when your policy asks for one.
- 2
Add the team
Choose the recruiter and the hiring manager, and the interviewers for each step.
- 3
Track every seat
Each hire fills a specific seat. Put a seat on hold or cancel it with a reason when plans change.
Frequently asked questions
Can one job hire for several people?
Yes. A job has as many seats as you need. Each seat is tracked on its own, and the job stays open until the last seat is filled or cancelled.
Who can see a job?
Admins and recruiters see every job. Hiring managers and interviewers only see the jobs they are added to.
Can we put a seat on hold?
Yes. A seat can be put on hold or cancelled with a reason, and the change is kept in the seat's history.
Do we need a requisition before opening a job?
Only if you want one. Admins choose whether recruiters can open jobs directly or need an approved requisition first.
