Employee database software for every entity and branch
Every employee has one profile with personal, employment, tax, BPJS, bank, family, education and document data. Payroll, attendance, leave and reports all read the same record, so HR updates it in one place. It suits company groups with several legal entities and many branches.

What you can do
Complete employee profile
Personal, employment, compensation, PTKP and NPWP, BPJS, insurance, family, education, work experience and medical data sit in one profile.
Bank accounts with four-eyes check
Every bank account change must be verified by a second person before payroll pays it. The person who changed the account cannot verify it.
Documents and custom fields
Store ID cards, contracts and other documents per employee. HR adds its own fields when the company needs them, without waiting for IT.
Several entities, branches and statuses
Manage several PTs and branches in one system. Each employee's status is tracked from pre-hire, onboarding and active to offboarding and archived.
How it works
- 1
Import your current data
Upload your employee list from an Excel file in one go, or add people one by one.
- 2
Complete the profiles
HR fills in employment data, new hires complete their own personal data during onboarding, and every employee can view their data in the app.
- 3
Use it everywhere
Payroll, attendance, leave and reports use this data straight away. Export to Excel at any time.
Frequently asked questions
What is employee database software?
Software that keeps every employee's data in one place, from personal details and job to tax, BPJS and bank account. In Stavis this record feeds payroll, attendance and reports.
Is employee data secure?
Each client has its own database, separate from every other client. Sensitive fields such as NIK, NPWP and bank account are shown in full only to users with permission, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
Can I import employee data from Excel?
Yes. HR can upload employee data in bulk and export it back to Excel.
Does it work for companies with several legal entities and branches?
Yes. One system holds several PTs, each with its own NPWP, BPJS, bank account and signatory, and many branches under them.
