Job requisition software with sequential approval
When a company needs approval before it hires, a requisition records who asked, for which position and why: new headcount or a replacement. It goes to approvers in order, and the job opens from the approved request, so every hire can be traced back to a decision.
Requisitions and approval
- New or replacement
- Approvers from your organisation
- Reasons on rejection
- Optional by policy
What you can do
New or replacement
Each request says whether it adds headcount or replaces someone, with the number of seats and the reason.
Approvers from your organisation
Approvers are resolved from roles in your structure, like the unit head or a director, and run one after another.
Reasons on rejection
An approver who rejects must say why. Every decision stays in the request's history and cannot be edited.
Optional by policy
Turn requisitions on for governed hiring, or let recruiters open jobs directly. You choose per company.
How it works
- 1
Request
A manager or recruiter fills in the position, seats, new or replacement, and the reason.
- 2
Approve
Each approver in the chain approves or rejects with a reason. The requester sees where the request is.
- 3
Open the job
The approved requisition becomes a job, carrying its seats and reason with it.
Frequently asked questions
Who approves a requisition?
The approval chain is a short list of approver types, such as the unit head, a director or a named person. Stavis Recruit finds the right person from your organisation.
Can an approver approve their own request?
No. Self-approval is refused, and every approval and rejection is recorded.
Can we skip requisitions for some hiring?
Yes. Requisitions are optional by policy. When they are off, recruiters can open jobs directly.
Does Stavis Recruit keep a workforce plan?
Yes. Companies that plan headcount per year can keep the plan in Stavis Recruit and check requests against it.
